My money is wasted, the product is terrible.

program that is HORRIBLE! To put it another way, there is no one like a mother. Why is it that a program that is straightforward in its layout is coded in such a way that it is reliable in only one respect, namely that it does not function? I give 1 point. Good done Logitech, you deserve it! These are some advantages: The mouse is very stunning; therefore, in all honesty, perhaps it was necessary to describe all of the mouse's benefits. Nevertheless, the software, without which the G502 HERO would be nothing more than a piece of non-functional plastic, nullifies each and every one of the benefits. Some cons: Bat-like creatures make up the Logitech software development team. There is no LGS or G Hub installed on the G502 HERO, which is necessary in order to utilize all of the device's capabilities. Furthermore, if one considers the countless threads and videos on YouTube, one might deduce that this problem is fairly widespread. Only the very first time—immediately following software installation—will G Hub run. When some time has passed, when the system is restarted, an animated Logitech G logo remains stationary in the black G Hub boot window, and absolutely nothing else occurs. Sent an email to the Logitech support team. They provide a multitude of services, one of which is "clean boot" Windows. In spite of all the "dancing with a tambourine" and magic spells thrown over the mouse, G Hub still does not function in a reliable manner. I am a veteran of this platform. Now think what it would be like for people who are considerably less proficient with the computer than I am.
