First off I would like to say that it wasn't difficult to put together. I almost bought it based on the reviews. After years of Lego, Playmobile and IKEA, that wasn't a problem at all. This took about an hour. Yes the instructions could be better but with the illustrations shown it makes sense. Second, it's a lot smaller than I thought it would be. My cat checked. He was too small for her and she was a small cat. This is normal for rabbits, but they cannot handle the top bunk because of the large hole in the floor. So they jump up and cross the bridge. So my overall impression is that it's cute but a little pricey for what you get.
