I am giving the product a 2 because it is cute and my 2 year old enjoyed it. My 6 year old wanted to try it and with a slight wobble (tilting is a big minus) broke his neck. He weighs 50 pounds. The horse was supposed to make sounds, but apparently we got a different version - there's no battery and there's nowhere to put it. This was a big selling point for me so I was very disappointed. spoke about the packing material that came with their horse. Ours came in a box with a horse and swings. Nothing more. In fact, the rockers ripped through the box and were sticking out when we received them. The horse is thin and very light. Doesn't seem safe for 2-3 year olds. I was very excited to get my DD a rocking horse but was very disappointed. I got it for a bargain - I guess I should have understood that you pay for what you get. I just feel sorry for those paying full price for this horse.
