Be careful what you buy on laptops
Not worth it. This laptop doesn't boot into Windows, it just goes to the EFI command line, typing exit just takes you to the BIOS. No support phone number. I tried to message them via Revain 3 days ago but got no response. He said it could take a few days for an answer to come. However, we just find it extremely impractical. What should I do with a brand new computer that won't boot and I don't have contact information to contact them directly? I am about to return. I ordered a new one elsewhere.
