Don't be a wimp for my opinion
Paintball doesn't hurt that bad and if you live in a hot climate this will give you heat stroke which will harm you way more than thepaintballs. Take my advice (I took over 40 that day after the pads were taken off) you'll have way more fun without this. Get a good mask instead.

- The adjustability of the straps may be limited, making it difficult for some people to find a comfortable and secure fit
