Firstly, the product I received was in a box wrapped in clear packaging tape and the tool itself was detached and dangling loosely in the box which leads me to believe lets say I received a returned product that would appear used due to scratches and oil on it (but no new tool oils). When I unpacked it further, I got several bits of the same size, the bits were missing the wrench size. I am deeply saddened by the product I received. Had the product not been used and "accessories" included, I would have given the torque wrench four stars for its lightweight and compact design, which would make it a great asset for those who need finer adjustments. to their bike on the trail or the street.
