The battery is misleading

So I've only been using it for a month and while I really like it, I've noticed a few things that aren't quite perfect. a sensor that tells you when it needs cleaning, but either it's broken on mine or its definition of "needs cleaning" is too gross for my liking; I use it to hum my head every 2-3 days, 4 days max, and while it only takes me about 10 minutes to hum my whole head enough for my liking, I still have to hum it 2-3 times in that time Times clean because I can feel it heating up from the friction caused by the dirt stuck in the heads and he never gave me the sign to clean it. takes about a minute, the battery is lying. Directions and product listing say the battery shows how many minutes it has left but mine dies between 20 and 25. The last time I needed to charge it the battery went from gauge 23 to 00 right away. No warnings just a blink and the battery is empty. Third and last, the cap he gives you for the main part of the buzzer sucks hopelessly. The little clips that are supposed to hold it don't hold anything, I just put it on the counter and it pops off right away. I've already tried to make sure it's securely on, but it doesn't get any more secure than the faintest clicks I've heard. The plastic it's made of is really strong and it would be great if it held on with some force, but as it pops out at the slightest hit it's utterly useless as a non-stick defense is pointless.
