My kids loved it when they got it for Christmas and we were initially impressed with the quality. The next day my husband and I were horrified to find a stranger trying to talk to our kids about a walker. You return immediately; I'm just glad this happened before our eyes and not at the time they were using them alone.

A good product so far. After a week no problem. However, this company, Ouby/Vigrace/Stilles Inc., is untrustworthy. I received an email. It said: 1) If you have any problem with the product, please email us and we will give you a $10 gift card (it didn't say who the gift card is for). 2) If you leave a (supposedly positive) review on Revain and email them a screenshot, you will receive a $20 Revain gift card. The volume control did not work. It was just loud all the time. There are many buttons that children under 6 years old cannot handle. I will see how the support team will help me regarding the volume. I have a 9 year old who is having a little trouble figuring out all the different features. My daughter practically never turned off these radios lol. As soon as she got them she wanted to use them but I didn't realize they didn't come with batteries which is good and I should have expected but when we got the batteries she barely put them in. While I find it odd that the talk button is on the front instead of the side, it is clearly marked so kids can find and use it. My daughter LOVES the color! When we opened the box (which is very well packaged) it clearly contained two walkie-talkies as well as good instructions. I'm not one of those moms who likes to point out directions, much less need them. Lol We just removed the clip on the back and removed the battery cover. Requires 4 AAA batteries.
