My daughter (10 years old) used this kit for the first time today to make this fairly simple bracelet in about 10 minutes and was happy with it overall the look. The set contains about 10 chains of different lengths and widths for making bracelets and necklaces, as well as multicolored leather and cotton threads for creating about 8 designs. Instructions are provided for all designs, which vary in complexity. The main issue we had was that the instructions didn't say what size chain to use according to the design, so after guessing and selecting the wrong chain for the design we chose, my daughter had to start over with the correct one begin. by the force of the trigger :). Overall I would say this is a fun activity for a child my daughter's age and I would buy it again.
