I don't usually find sports shorts that are too small, making them big on my waist. I have never found shorts that fit my waist and legs. I just have to say wow! Not only were they very small, but the belt really fits. I could probably go with a small one and they would still fit around my waist because the waist belt is so tight (keep that in mind). These shorts are comfortable and the side slit gives you more room if you have big hips. The material is nice and comfortable. This is the perfect length for athletic shorts, whether you're wearing them to the gym or just lounging. I don't have to correct them during the day either. I am generally satisfied with this product. I will definitely buy more. I have attached a photo of me wearing them for size reference.
