These things are way better than I expected. They have spherical tips, making them more airtight and easier to replace. I installed them in the windshield of my 2002 Cummins Dodge Ram 2500. And they look great. I also ordered a chain with female ends prewired from the Big Rig Chrome Shop for about $12 or so. I spent a lot more time calculating the spacing around my front hitch and arranging them in a straight line than putting them in the rope and tying the hangers. I saw another company say they have 3 diodes per bulb versus the one diode in these and it got me thinking but they were on sale and I figured why not. I can tell you that they are fully visible from a distance in the midday sun. Brilliant! I'm sure 3 diodes is downright nasty, but for a busted guy stretching his bucks, he couldn't be happier.
