I bought this vanilla latte cinnamon flavored product and was not disappointed. The taste is great! I use it as a meal replacement to supplement my diet and it's packed with excellent quality ingredients. It has helped me a lot to keep my nutrition and weight loss goals within reach. I will say that you should use either a shaker or a small blender so that the powder dissolves and can be drunk smoothly. It's not gritty, just a bit difficult to mix without pea-sized floating clumps. I mix mine with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and add a few ice cubes to change up the flavor. I've also used this with just water to mix and it's just as delicious. I will continue to buy it again and again!
