I bought this lantern because we adopted a cat 2 months ago and I could smell cat urine coming out of my basement all the time. I had to find out if it was just the smell of kitty litter. So I went hunting. Turn off the light and what do you know?!? I found several places where the cat "tagged". The markings were yellow, but they could only be seen with glasses. I removed the stains and the smell is gone! Also used them to review my bathroom cleaning jobs. Be careful. Only use it when you are ready to clean!
