The customer support team at Actouch was very responsive to our requests for help as well as their willingness to train us through both online training modules and one on ones when they were able or willing. I wish we could have been using this system longer but it really does work great! We are still learning all of its capabilities. It has helped streamline many departments within my organization including Inventory control, Purchasing & Supply Chain management, Accounting (Billing), Project Tracking/Management, Reporting - All from an integrated application platform.
