Universal hook.
I bought these hooks to hang my solar lights under the aluminum ceiling of my house. I used a clip to attach it to the ceiling and used a loop to hang the garlands. It turned out great without drilling holes in the window sill. These hooks can be used to hang many other things as they can either stick or snag on something.
