These shoes are beyond light, I ran faster and dealt with curbs more easily, but most importantly the support on the sides of the shoe kept me from twisting my ankle when I went off the edge of the track.

- I will definitely buy another pair of these shoes. Probably the best shoes for training and daily walks.

- Shoes can squeak loudly when walking or running.
