This deodorant works well and I love the citrus scent. It doesn't last long, but if your armpits don't smell later in the day or the next morning, you can reapply the spray and it will help prevent problems if you're not exercising hard. For example I use it on Friday morning after my shower before work, then it seems to last all day. Then I sometimes spray on Friday evenings when I put on comfortable clothes after work. Saturday morning when I'm not going anywhere and have a normal day of laundry or a medium house cleaning, I can spray more, get dressed and be good all day. They say it's perfectly safe to respray several times a day. Given how much better it is for your body, I'm happy and content with it. I will use/buy it.
