His foot pads don't work when you squeeze to tickle him. For the price of this darn toy, I want the footpads to work. Sooo I called my sister after I did my first check and his legs were working so I uploaded a newer video. Having his toes pressed against his feet is a trick to tickle his feet but it's still hard so I'm sure the 2 year old I give this to will have problems. I still want it back but I know she'll love it just because it's a laughing Elmo so I'll keep it BUT I'M NOT HAPPY SESAME STREET
