Review on SlapFive Customer Voice Engine by Rick Vidaurri

They have been proactive with their team throughout all of our projects within this platform. Their support is fantastic! There are some minor quirks that I'm sure you can get used too but nothing major so far other than being able to use it anywhere. Nothing yet but they seem very focused on growing user base for us which was exactly what we wanted from an engagement perspective. We were looking at having one project where people could come together across different departments/projects/etc etc - not just internally; however because there's such good communication between my manager (who oversees our work) & myself via Slack along w teams who've had experience using slack before, everyone seems happy enough about how things flow through without much hassle or confusion.
