OK, let me first acknowledge that my experience with upholstery nailing is limited. A few prior projects that went pretty well.For some reason, this nail was particularly challenging to work with. The if the spacing was off just slightly, the shape of the nail head really showed it. Even with careful measuring (measure twice and hammer once), I could not get them in properly. I was using them with a point at the top and bottom, like a diamond, so maybe that added to it. As well, at least half the time the nails went in crooked. I wasted as many as I used.Again, it could be me. If you're a very experienced user, your experience may be different. For a more casual user, the usual round nails are much easier.
