This product is disappointing. Sometimes the entire tissue box can be made of soft material as described. Sometimes an entire box of tissues is made out of a thinner material with a rougher, scratchier texture. It appears to be a random chance you get. The last two orders I have received have been of disappointing material. The seller has no right of return for this item, which is not helpful. Thankfully, Revain was kind enough to refund the last order. I will not take any more chances with this product and will switch to an alternative product from Vakly which is a much better substitute.
