First of all you should know that this does NOT smell like sandalwood. This is the smell of a compound found in sandalwood but in a synthetic version (javanol). So it has a bit of sandalwood in it, albeit not very convincingly. Right on the border between woody and clean and musty and unpleasant. For 1€ I expect a little more. In terms of viscosity, it is a BAKED material. I mean it looks like it's mostly castor oil. The problem is that if you put too much product on your face it will constantly clog the razor (even a safety razor) and leave a significant stain. I start with a small amount of oil and then apply a good lather on top that lasts after shaving. A little too much for my taste. Because of this, most big-name brands use oil combinations that tend to be lighter and easier to work with. On the other hand, they protect the skin quite well. That's it. But it's pretty easy to find, even in much cheaper shaving oils. I'm not sure yet if this oil is enough to be a goalkeeper.
