I bought this fragrance after using an 'other' brand for a long time and wanted to try something new. However, within a few weeks of using it, dark green "garbage" was seeping onto my bathroom counter. And I've never used a dark shade let alone green as a wax/enamel. I ended up taking it apart to clean it and the inside was disgusting, that was after about 4 weeks of use. I liked how the scent just popped out of the silicone holder when turned off/cooled down. I contacted the company directly with pictures of my problem and they responded fairly quickly saying they would send me a brand new item. I thought it was great customer service but another 4 weeks has passed and I have emailed twice to see if they actually sent it and now there is no reply. Disappointing, save money!
