I'll start by LOVED this watch. A lot of. It has really great health tracking (sleep, stress, heart rate, etc.). It looks great and is made like a tank (sapphire crystal is very rare in this price range and is much better suited to the dial than gorilla crystal). So why four stars? Well, some things I knew about the entrance. You cannot reply to SMS etc. Obviously you can only have 10 contacts on the watch (no access to all contacts on the phone) but I don't care. I didn't buy it to make calls. The watch has full NFC hardware support, but since I live in the US I don't have access to it. If you have a Huawei phone, you can transfer a few photos or whatever and that's it. Oops. Now I knew that happened too, but it still sucks. Other things, however, are simply unforgivable. I can't change the watch faces on the device. I have 12 faces to choose from (and gallery mode, not sure if I can change it or not but I don't care anyway). That's all. You can't even access the Huawei Watch Face Store. That's what I expected AT LEAST. It's weird that it's regionally limited. To be honest, anything other than the possibility of a fully custom watch face is unacceptable. This is one of several great benefits of smartwatches for many people. There are a few cuties in 12 by default, but that's about it. There are workarounds, but they are not easy to implement and have not worked for me so far. I didn't have to solve this problem. I'm still giving this 4 stars for all of the incredible pluses of the watch, but the limitations are glaring in my opinion.
