Bob the Builder (On a Budget)

I buy my gear cheap (and it needs fixing) because I'm a beginner learning to surf (and fixing boards) and I know I'm likely to overuse and going to break my board while i learn to surf. These are FCS style plugs. I bought this set of forks because I needed a line fork, I had appointments/appointments and this item got to me quicker than items from other sellers. The connector of the conductor with a diameter of 30 mm, a depth of 13 mm, has a flat bottom with a V-shaped bend (like a tooth filling). The leash plug has a stainless steel pin but NO ground top (no tabs to align with deck height) so accurate hole depth and careful installation is a must. Since it's going on a 10ft 6in longboard I'll probably glaze it as well. The fin plugs have ground tops with deck level tabs (25mm/1" diameter, 20mm overall depth - 16mm + 4mm installation depth). sandy part above). The set screws are NOT stainless steel. 4cm x 8cm comb with small teeth and a flat curve on the short end for guides. This is a budget kit. Whether you're repairing a pickguard to learn from or trying to build your first plank, this is a decent set for the price. If you're assembling or repairing a high-end, professional-quality board, ignore this. You get what you pay for and this kit meets my needs for my longboard, which I'm learning from.
