In the introduction to this review, I should mention that I use these headphones specifically for music and business calls. I don't use them for games. I was looking for the very best headphones for my particular taste and after trying and returning a few other headphones I settled on these. Other headphones I have tried are: Hyperx Cloud Wireless, Steelseries Arctis 7, Sony WH-1000XM3, Audio Technica ATH-M50xBT, Plantronics High End Office Headset and Jabra High End Office Headset. These headphones are the best I've tried in terms of music quality and ease of use for work. Sound quality: simply fantastic. Bass, mids and treble sound great and the separation between instruments is clearly audible. These headphones are some of the best I've heard in terms of music listening. I was surprised that they are better than the Sony headphones as the Sony headphones are said to be the highest quality Bluetooth headphones on the market. Could it be because the quality of Bluetooth is inherently inferior to the wireless technology these headphones use? Either way, these headphones sound great. Microphone/Call usability: Excellent. The microphone sounds good and this headset has all the features you need. I particularly like the fact that there are velor pads in the box. Velor upholstery is far superior to leather upholstery for conversations, as you can hear your own voice more clearly and hear people nearby, which is important in the office. This headset also has an adjustable sidetone, which is very important to hear your own voice. Also importantly, the Logitech G HUB software lets you disable a feature that turns the headset off when not in use. (That's the main reason I didn't settle for the HyperX headphones, because they didn't have an option to turn them off.) Call Quality: Excellent. This is one of the main reasons I prefer a gaming headset to working with regular Bluetooth headphones. Bluetooth is sensitive to interference and can often lead to slight connection problems when listening to music. These headphones don't have that problem. I can walk around the house with these headphones and the connection strength is always perfect. Comfort: Decent but not great. That's the only downside to these headphones. The problem is that they are a bit heavy. They're not insanely heavy or anything, but you can definitely tell they're heavier than your average gaming headset. (Logitech, if you're reading this, please make the next version of this headset lighter! I like how the headset feels premium and all, but I wish the hard part of the headband was plastic instead of metal.) Options: None . It's not a big deal for my use case, but these headphones lack some of the features that other cheaper headphones have. Notably, there is no game/chat balance bar and no connectivity options other than a USB dongle. This means that you can never use this device with anything other than a PC. Overall, I highly recommend these headphones. Yes they are expensive but the sound quality is worth it. UPDATE: Unfortunately I have decided to return this headset after the weight proved to be too much. After using it for 3 days I couldn't get used to how heavy it is. I felt tension on my neck. This is very disappointing because otherwise these headphones are perfect. I just wish they were lighter.
