I wear size 12/14 on the bottom, narrow waist and wide hips. I didn't know what to expect from this skirt but I needed a pencil skirt and I can tell you it really exceeded my expectations! The material of this skirt is very thick, high quality and elastic. The material is actually of such high quality that I don't even have to wear a corrector with this skirt. It fits like a glove and so much comes from a person with wide hips. It's hard to find something that fits in the right places. If you have the same build as me, I would advise you to measure your waist, not your hips; I have a 30" waist and 43" hips and the large fits me perfectly!
