These hearing devices work better than the ones I had to take out a loan to purchase in the past! The different noise-reduction modes are perfect for my job where noise levels can rapidly increase and decrease. Since they are rechargeable and last for several days without a charge, I no longer have to hunt for the weird-sized batteries that come in hearing aids!

My dad really liked these, however after a couple of months, one of them stopped charging. I could not reach the support team, even though it comes with a one year warranty. So should we consider these as disposable? I would like a customer support number or site. No such thing exists and so far my efforts to contact the company have been in vain.

I bought this for my 86 years old mom who has severe hearing issue. Because we live in different cities and every phone call is not easy for us. I got this last week and spent 20 mins setting it up following the manual. My mom is so happy wearing it, because she basically restored her hearing back. Now we can enjoy normal conversation. I’m very pleasant for my choice. But it has only been few days, the stability need to be test out. Will update as my mom using it.

This is the second set we got, the first set didn't hold a charge, the second set only lasted about 3 months and the batteries are done for. I think the warranty was only 90 days, i could be wrong on that but my father in law doesn't want to fiddle with it anymore. No highly impressed with the quality. I'd look at different brand.

These are pretty good hearing aids. They are sensitive to water. My hair got wet, which in turn got the hearing aid wet and it stopped working. Other than that, they work very well. The volume button has 4 settings, but you put it to 4 and it starts serious feedback, so only up to 3. The noise canceling, especially in a car is poor.I have to remove one unit to answer my phone.No real comfortable for all all day use

Great earphones, I bought for my father in law who has hearing loss and he loves the product. Very easy to setup and he loves the chargeable option. Great price for quality. I definitely recommend. Great buy!

We purchased these for my 93 year old grandmother in the nursing home - They are so easy for her to place back in the charger at night (almost click in with a magnet feel) - The volume is easy to adjust as well. I also have hearing problems and tried them out for myself, and felt like they worked good. These do not work like a regular hearing aid, but I think they are a great alternative and a reasonable price. Overall very happy with purchase.

Need to contact company. Can’t raise volume past three. When I talk I sound as though I’m in a tunnel. Trying to get use to them before sending back.

I liked the price initially, but again, you get what you pay for. The right one stopped charging after only a couple of months. Now the left one will charge, but doesn't last a full day. Really disappointed.

It works well, but no matter how I place it, I get a lot of feedback. Tried the various techniques provided, because I knew fit was important for feedback questions, but no one could get rid of it completely. The sound quality is good, and the workmanship seems to be good, but this is the first model I try to be unable to correct. These are good quality and well worth the money. My husband ordered them at the recommendation of a friend who has just ordered him a pair. After seeing how little our medical insurance would pay toward hearing aids, we decided to give these a try. My husband has never had hearing aids before so he doesn't have any to compare them to, but he thinks they are great. We did order him some smaller buds that he feels fit better than the ones that came with this package.

I just put them in tonight and WOW! I can hear better than I could in years. No strange sounds. Everything sounds like normal hearing! I feel young again! I could not believe how small they are. No one will notice you have anything in your ear unless you tell them!

I have tried three hearing aids from amazon and two did not work very long.But this set of aides works! They are sturdy and well made. I am very happy with them . They replace an $8,000.00. Set that was lost.(or eaten by my kitty.)

They are the best hearing aids for the price. My husband is very satisfied. Would recommend these to anyone! Why pay thousands when you can get these with same quality as the high priced!

I didn't find these amplifiers very helpful and would not recommend. These are simply sound amplifiers. in order to hear the higher frequencies, the lower frequencies are too loud.
