So far not satisfied. Not clear.

Need to contact company. Can’t raise volume past three. When I talk I sound as though I’m in a tunnel. Trying to get use to them before sending back.

I bought it for my father, he is 70years old who is chronic hearing loss. According to my dad this earring aids amplifier is working great so far, firstly, the size of this earring aids amplifier is small, also it’s recharging fast, only charge 3-4hours for a full charge and could be use for whole day. There are 4 models available, which are quiet, noisy, TV model, outdoor. otherwise, there is full accessories included 2 kinds of hearing tubes and size of dimes included. High recommend! My dad satisfied with it
