the elastic strap. good for me

I took off one star because: the elastic strap is on the BACK!? why? I do not know. If it were on the FRONT, I could put it around the dates THAT HAVE ALREADY PAST and open my calendar to the current week, As it is, I have to cut off the lower corners to find the current week. This calendar doesn't have ANY PROBLEM staying closed on its own; doesn't need the elastic for that. It's beautiful, it does what I need it to do, I just hate waste and thoughtlessness.

Pros

Lot of room on each day of the week for writing my appointments and other important information.

Cons

Hardcover may get scratched or damaged easily
