Disappointing product as I had previously purchased and used their vertical holster with great success. The horizontal model has a few disruptive design changes. It is very difficult to thread the strap from one end. Overall it's significantly smaller inside as my iPhone 8 Plus with the Mophie battery pack is difficult to get in and out as it slides easily into the upright model. The horizontal model's leather is also stiffer and less flexible, making it difficult to work with a very tight fit. I bought the horizontal model after realizing that the vertical model wasn't as comfortable to use as my previous horizontal cases, but that's my problem and there's nothing wrong with your holster. If they reworked the horizontal model with the vertical details I mentioned, that would be great.
