Bought to add GPS speed to my 79ft Corvette, speed shown is 6mph slower than actual.

I have GPS location on my phone, I have GPS location on my tablet. I have mechanical speed in vehicle tracking. My phone, tablet and car speed is within +/- 0.65 mph of actual speed. The GPS speed device always shows 6 mph slower than my actual speed (based on the average of two other GPS devices and a mechanical speed reading).
