Defective bracket. There are holes in the brackets that attach to the black handles on the stroller frame. One side will not fit snugly against the frame. When we held the brackets side by side, the hole in the left bracket was significantly smaller than the hole in the right bracket. This is done so that the bracket does not put on the handle. My husband had to chisel the plastic to get it the same size as the other mount. Now it works and seems fine. The blue clip really keeps it there so I'm not worried. I love that the bar is articulated so I can easily get my son in and out. Overall I like the panel, but using it required more effort and tools than I expected, especially given the price.
