I edited my previous review - I contacted support about the chipped surface to see if they would be willing to exchange my bracelet for a silver one but I let the charm . The support rep was extremely unhelpful and told me to just soak the bracelet in water for a while and the coating would come off. WATER REMOVES THE COATING. Are you kidding?! This is clearly a poor quality product from a company that doesn't care about their products or their customers at all. I strongly recommend placing your business elsewhere. -------- First let me say I was SO excited to get this and start building a skull bracelet filled with the charm I've been dreaming of for so long! The pendants themselves are great and appear to be well made from quality materials. . The stones are securely set and the clasps open and close easily, but stay securely closed once engaged. The bracelet has a great finish and looks well made which led to such a huge disappointment when I realized I had been wearing it for about a week - the finish is starting to wear off in a few spots. I haven't decided yet whether to keep the bracelet or return it. Now I worry that my black spells might do the same. This is such a big disappointment after being so excited.
