I had other toner cartridges that I was having problems with and had to contact the support team to have them replaced or repaired. Not this one. I opened the box and replaced the previous toner cartridge with no problems. I turned on the printer and printed a test page with no problems. Great product, still prints with no problems. As a bonus I didn't realize I was ordering two for the price of one so a BONUS for me at such a good price.
