I like that it's easy for me as an admin, so i don't have any technical issues with this software or my servers when using service up time! It doesn’t do much more than tell us if our site goes down but we use other tools (like Pingdom) anyways - maybe they could add some features? We just need something simple where one of two things happen; 1.) If there are no problems then nothing happens at all2.).

Otherwise show error messages in case anything does go wrong3). Just make sure your hosting provider has good support before going live otherwise customers will be confused by not knowing what happened during their visit4)). And also keep track yourself via another tool/monitoring system5)) because sometimes even though everything looks fine from within server logs etc., errors still occur outside those systems6)), especially over weekends7), holidays8.),etc9)); So far.
