This toner is a clear liquid with a very low viscosity and no sticky feeling. I apply it with cotton balls to my problem areas especially the nose triangle where it can get oily easily. The toner is very mild with no skin reaction and almost no scent. My skin absorbs it very quickly and no chemical residue nor sting remains on my face. After use, any oiliness has been removed and my face does not feel dehydrated (as many other products cause). For my, this clean effect can last a full day! At about 21USD for 4oz, it is not outrageously priced and it seems to work well so far. I am rating it four stars. As always, your mileage and preferences may vary.
