I'm working with them since 7 years, they have always been in top of their game providing support to our product line from CICS/400 down through ASM-SVC4 (AS7) including DB2 UDB & 4GL environments like RPG etc., not only that but also supporting us by solving all kinds off problems we come across along way! The customer care is fantastic - nothing can be better than theirs! No complaints at this point!! They are very reliable partners you want your business data / applications running under best possible conditions even when it comes time consuming issues or troubleshooting complex ones which sometimes may take longer then expected times due to sheer size involved!!
