I needed a better controller as standard PS4 controllers hurt my pinky fingers. Pros: I bought this controller based on the good reviews and it completely solved the pain problem. I can play for hours with no problems. Battery life is mediocre and the vibrating parts wear out fairly quickly. I just plug it into a long cable when it runs out. I've had him for a few months now and he's starting to behave. But you can get about 1.5 hours with no problem. Cons: After just a few months of gaming, the controller is completely dead. The left stick is not responding properly and L2 causes the screen to zoom in and out by itself. The controller is clean, no stains or anything that could make it sticky inside, I keep my electronics in perfect condition. Their website is useless as it's in French if you're trying to submit a ticket or do something more detailed. Their software doesn't work for Mac, and I agree with other reviewers that the PC version looks too dodgy. So that doesn't help either. I sent them a message, never received a reply. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SUPPORT. Since it's relatively useless and I can't get anyone to talk to me about how to fix it, I'll look into another ergonomic controller.
