This product was purchased for my daughter who is 5ft and about 110lbs. The coat works in heavy rain, but her pants below the knee were wet because the coat was directing the water down (without an umbrella). Otherwise we are very satisfied with the raincoat. I suggest buying another product that will cover your knee-length shoes and pants. Got a size larger than recommended (XL) so both my husband and I can wear it. It suits all of us in the house. I am about 5ft 4" and my husband is about 5ft 8" and both weigh less than 200 pounds.
