I like that it is very easy for our team members (and customers) to use this tool because we can see what other people are saying about us online! It has been great so far - no issues at all with using Conversations.
We have seen some results from being part of conversations but not enough yet. This product could be more interactive than just reading comments/reviews by others or watching videos posted on YouTube etc., which makes me feel there should also be ways to respond back directly through Conversation's dashboard rather than having to email them first asking if they would allow you do post something publicly within conversation itself? Great platform for collecting public opinion regarding your service /product offerings; however requires constant engagement via multiple channels including blogs posts & Youtube postings along side conversational features provided by Conversionsoftware!!
