This is an incredible and little known product that is well worth the price. It ionizes the water so you have an irrigator unlike anything else on the market. It comes with 4 different color heads so it can be used for family. The heads are very good giving you a very fine jet and the dial can be adjusted to your desired pressure. I would recommend starting out gently and then gradually building it up to a comfortable heart rate. This is ideal for hard-to-reach places like under a bridge or when teeth are close together. My gums have improved so much that my dentist asked me what I was doing differently! As we get older the biggest dental problem is gum health prevention so I've told all my friends about it and we're all very happy.
