It's Dead: Computer Accessories and Peripherals

I bought the case about 5 months ago. In that time I've used it 2-3 times. The last time I used it to move 20GB of data, it disconnected and reconnected multiple times and then just died. I checked the cable, Samsung NVME drive, everything is fine except for the case. I lost 30 dollars.
