For my needs (mounting pictures on stretcher bars) this stapler worked well. But I'm afraid it has what I believe to be a manufacturing defect. I bought the first model of this model in February 2017. It worked flawlessly until November 2018, and then it started not always removing the mount or just weakly. And then he stopped. So I disassembled the tool and found that the air charge chamber had ruptured at one end. The chamber is made of plastic with a molded cap on one end. The cap fell off. Looks like it wasn't glued at all. It really should be metal or more durable plastic. The whole thing went in the garbage. At around $42, this is clearly a one-off tool. But I bought another one of the same model. It has currently been in use for 12 months and works perfectly. Let's see how long this one lasts. I think if I need to replace it within two years then for $42 I'll be fine as I use this stapler a lot. I also use a Porter Cable nailer, by the way. I just replaced it but it has lasted about 10 years and gets a lot of use too. Perhaps my experience with the first stapler was unusual. May be.
