There is something to compare. Previously, my husband had a hair and beard clipper and it caused a lot of irritation on the skin, it could be said to cut the skin. This is not the case with a trimmer. And again, the machine had to be charged all day or left overnight. An hour and a half here and you're done. The blades are good, cut the stubble the first time.
