I switched from earless scrunchies to these scrunchies about 6 months ago and have noticed a huge difference in reducing breakage on my part. I wear a ponytail to work every day and sometimes when I pull my hair too tight it gives me a headache and I have to re-braid the ponytail. They're perfect because they pull my hair tight enough not to get in the way of my face, but I don't give myself regular headaches anymore. Also, my hair finally keeps the length on top. I have one that I use as a sleep headband paired with a satin pillowcase. I put drops of jojoba oil on my hair tie and tie my hair back before I go to bed. My natural hair is usually flat ironed and when I wake up in the morning I have some nice waves in my hair when I want to straighten it. I love these things!
