I was fascinated by the design of this watch, although I have no vision problems. I've already received several compliments from friends and family for her unique looks! The only feature of this watch that takes some getting used to is that the minutes are on the inside and the hours are on the outside. This is the exact opposite of "regular" clocks, where the hour hand is short and the minute hand is long. In terms of comfort, they are a bit lighter than some other watches I own. They're a bit thicker than some of my other watches, but that doesn't make them uncomfortable to wear. If the ball bearings are knocked out, they simply rotate freely in the groove and return to their original position with a flick of the wrist. .I chose this version over the older versions because I think the dial design looks better than the older versions, but that's just my opinion and looks don't matter to a visually impaired person. Having a watch like this can come in handy in low light situations like when I was at the cinema recently, or other situations where you can't look at the fact of your watch. Overall I would recommend this unique watch!
