I removed the protective film from the screen, attached the strap and although the watch was charged it charged for an hour. The watch connected to the H Band app with no issues. I didn't like all the permissions, but agreed to test all the options. I walked and counted 21 steps. The watch did the same and displayed the steps. Good, clear presentation. Only the screen does not change. I swiped up, down, left, right. I charged the watch overnight thinking that a low charge might cause a malfunction even though the battery indicated a full charge. nope The next morning, not only would the screen stop responding to touch, but it would count the total number of steps three times for a minute, and then stop recording the steps. I measure my blood pressure several times a week with a wrist cuff. The watch shows a low level and the heart rate is high. I uninstalled the app, turned off the watch, repackaged and will be sending it back this morning.
