14K Gold Three-Stone Engagement Ring Review: A Mixed Bag

I purchased the 14K Gold Three-Stone Engagement Ring with Round Citrine Totaling 1/4 CTW for my fiancée and overall I have mixed feelings about it. First, the gold band is absolutely stunning and very durable. It seems like it will last a long time without losing its shine or dents. However, the citrines in the ring are rather small and looked bigger in the product picture. I was hoping for more of a "wow" factor, but it falls a bit short in that department. Additionally, the prongs that hold the stones are not as sturdy as I'd like, and I worry that they may loosen over time. All in all, the 14K Gold Three-Stone Engagement Ring is a decent choice if you're looking for a cheaper alternative to pricier engagement rings, but it's not the most eye-catching or durable option out there.

Pros
  • The three-stone design with a round citrine totaling 1/4 CTW adds a pop of color and unique flair to this engagement ring, setting it apart from traditional diamond rings and allowing it to truly shine
Cons
  • Prone to Damage: As a relatively delicate piece of jewelry, this engagement ring may be prone to damage if not handled with care. The citrine stones may be easily scratched or chipped if subjected to rough wear or impacts, which could lead to costly repairs or replacement
