It's not safe. Slide out and drill a hole in the wall.

The shape makes them slide out of the wall easily and won't snap. They cut a hole in my drywall with a metal artwork hanging from it. When I put them in, they fall out about half an inch and won't snap into the wall. I used other similar hooks and compared their shapes. My previous hooks were rounder and tighter on the wall. They have a slightly different shape and fall straight or curl up. Attention buyers.
